Virtual meeting platforms
Survey or forms tools
Payment processors (as needed to complete transactions)
Service providers are only given the information they need to perform services for us, and we expect them to protect it.

8) Organization‑Sponsored Programs & Team Sessions (sharing with leaders/colleagues)
If you participate in a session or program that is sponsored, arranged, or paid for by your employer or another organization (“Sponsor”), additional information-sharing may apply.
What may be shared
Unless we state otherwise in writing for a particular engagement, and only where you have authorized it, we may share with the Sponsor (and Sponsor-designated leaders/colleagues) information such as:
Your participation/attendance and completion status
Pre‑work or assignment submissions and outputs
Your CliftonStrengths themes (Top 5 and/or Full 34) that you provide to us
Learning reflections, action commitments, or key takeaways that you submit as part of the program
How authorization works
For organization-sponsored programs, we typically ask for express authorization (for example, a checkbox in an intake form or written confirmation) confirming that you permit Elevate Strengths to share your strengths themes and applicable assignment/pre‑work information with your Sponsor and with relevant leaders and/or cohort members.
If you do not authorize this sharing, you may still be able to participate, but certain team-based activities and reporting may be limited. In some cases, the Sponsor may require sharing as a condition of participation (we will communicate this clearly when applicable).
What we share instead when possible
When appropriate, we may also provide the Sponsor with aggregated or de‑identified insights (e.g., group patterns and themes) to support team learning while minimizing individual disclosure.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including:
Delivering services and follow-up support
Maintaining appropriate business records
Meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations
