I founded Elevate Strengths to help teams break silos, strengthen collaboration, and get work moving faster — not through another training session, but through a strengths-based approach grounded in Gallup research, lived team experience, and practical tools people can use every day.

Since 2000, I’ve helped hundreds of leaders and their teams understand how talent differences drive — or stall — collaboration. When people know their talents, claim their strengths, and have simple rules for working with each other, everything moves better: decisions, handoffs, problem-solving, and execution.

How I think about strengths at work

For me, this work has never been about another “nice” team event. It’s about helping people do what they do best every day — in ways that improve both performance and quality of life. When teams understand talent differences, aim those talents at real work, and build the right partnerships, collaboration gets easier and results get stronger.
